Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tasha Apparel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
